Welcome to the Sutter Youth Organization
 
If you have been in the Sutter area over the past few years, there is no doubt that you have noticed some major improvements to our community. The Sutter Youth Organization (SYO) has been working with outstanding community supporters to enhance our facilities, including a BEAUTIFUL new aquatic facility, new windows and doors at the hall, a recently repaired hall roof, and new landscaping in the park! These improvements were made possible by the hard work and commitment by members of our community. We are grateful for the Morehead Family, the Ziegenmeyer Family, the Sutter Lions Club, local contractors, and the many volunteers who are dedicated to seeing the SYO thrive.
Since 1957, the SYO has been operated by volunteer members that want to improve our community by providing opportunities for our youth. The SYO is composed of Ellwood Munger and Wayne Catlett Halls, Vera Carrol Park, Perry Field, and the Morehead Family Community Pool. These facilities are a huge benefit to this community. Whether you are looking for a shady place to picnic, rental facilities for a gathering, or a way to cool down in the summer, we’ve got you covered!
 
The SYO is excited to begin prepping for the 2024 swim season. In order to maintain these facilities and programs for our community, we need YOUR continued support. Please renew your membership, or consider becoming a SYO member today. This will help ensure the SYO will have a bright future. Our meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every month, in Ellwood Munger Hall, at 7 pm. If you are interested in becoming involved with the SYO, this is a great place to start. We hope to see you there!
